Q. How do I access NitroboVPN account page ?

You can sign in to your NitroboVPN account here, You must use the username,  password we have sent to your registered email. If you have forgotten the password, you can request to reset your password form the Account Sign in page.

Q. How do I download NitroboVPN Apps?

Please visit Nitrobo.com and click on Download, you will be presented with two options Android App and Windows App. If you are on Android device, please use the Android App, and if you are on Windows device, please download Windows App

Q. On what device(s), I can use NitroboVPN apps ?

NitroboVPN apps can run on Android and Windows devices.

Q. How does NitroboVPN account & its subscriptions work ?

Your account is a lifetime account, but your subscription(s) is for a limited period based on the amount you pay, My Account page will list your subscription(s) and show you how many days are left for each of your subscriptions to expire. You can have multiple subscriptions under a single account.

Please Note: Once you register with us we cannot delete your email address from our system.

Q. Do all subscriptions provide access to all the NitroboVPN features?

NitroboVPN subscriptions are time-bound to days/month/year you can use NitroboVPN services. Each subscription gives you access to all NitroboVPN servers from anywhere across the world; you only need an Internet connection. Your subscription grants you permission to download NitroboVPN apps on multiple devices and use them at the same time. The apps will stop working once your subscription expires.

Note:- As we are in the Trial mode, we don't restrict number of simultaneous connections, but it is subject to our fair usage policy

Q. How do I find my Current IP address and Location

On your Android Phone or Windows PC, Please visit www.nitrobo.com, and our website will inform you about your IP address and Location.

Q. Need Help : I can connect, but cannot browse?

If your connection to NitroboVPN server is successful, you should be able to browse the Internet. Try to disconnect the VPN, restart the APP and device and reconnect a NitroboVPN server and try to browse the Internet. For further help contact our technical support team at [email protected]

Q. Do I need to do anything special on my home router to connect to NitroboVPN

If you are at home and have the standard ISP router you do not need to change anything, NitroboVPN apps should simply work.

If you are behind a firewall ensure UDP 500, 4500, 1701 and 443 is allowed.  In our experience, these ports are normally open at most of the public WiFi and Hotels.

Q. Do you have bandwidth restrictions?

NitroboVPN servers can scale up to 1Gbps hence we do not have bandwidth restrictions. However, your account is subject to a fair usage policy.

Q. What is the maximum number of Devices that I can simultaneously use ?

At the moment we are in trail stages hence we do not restrict number of connections. This is subject to our fair usage policy

Q. Do you store connection logs?

We only store your connection logs for accounting purposes, we do not log any information about your traffic to Internet destinations so relax no one will be able to track you from our servers.

Q. Is my connection Anonymous?

Yes, we do not monitor your traffic; hence we don't know what destinations you are visiting.

Q. How do I setup NitroboVPN on Windows?

You can download and install the NitroboVPN from our home-page at the download section.

Make sure you have administrator rights.

Once the NitroboVPN is installed launch the app.

It should ask for your Account Username and Password.

Please enter you Nitrobo account name, Your account name is your email address that you used to log on to Nitrobo, if you have not yet registered, You first need to select a pricing plan and purchase. If you have a valid subscription it will show up in your account page, in case you subscription is expired please renew you subscription to use NitroboVPN.

You are all set click on the connect button and you will be connected to our NitroboVPN server.

If you wish to disconnect please click on the disconnect button and VPN will be turned off.

Q. How will I know if I am connected to NitroboVPN servers?

On your Android device, you should see connected on the NitroboVPN app, you can also visit nitrobo.com homepage, and you should see the message as protected. NitroboVPN homepage will also show you the IP address of the NitroboVPN server that you are currently connected.

On your Windows PC, you should see connected on the NitroboVPN app, you can also visit nitrobo.com homepage using your favorite browser, and you should see the message as protected. NitroboVPN homepage will also show you the IP address of the NitroboVPN server that you are currently connected.
